Moving your packages in France
 
Any team will do its best Paraleader to prepare your package as soon as possible so that you receive it as soon as possible.
  
All orders placed between Sunday 5:00 p.m. ET Friday 10:00 will be shipped within 24 hours (except public holidays and payments accepted).

All orders placed between Friday 5:00 p.m. Sunday 10:00 ET will be shipped on Monday afternoon (except public holidays and payments accepted).

You then add the delivery time of our partner:
48 hours (time in working days) via Colissimo.

If out of stock temporary delay of about 10 days, or refund or credit the customer's choice. (Depending on the time of the laboratory)
 

If you prefer delivery with signature, an additional charge applies, thank you for contacting us. Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide you with a link that allows you to track the online delivery of your package.

 

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile parcels ..

Buyer or consignee of the goods ordered must check in the presence of attendant mail or the deliveryman, the state of the packing of the goods and content delivery.

In the event that the buyer or recipient of the goods ordered finds a damaged or missing, either the state or the contents of the package, respectively, the Purchaser or the consignee of the goods ordered must:

 

- To apply the procedure Colissimo (including report any damage, claims and reserves) and to refuse the goods immediately by issuing a finding of fault with the servant of the Post (finding 170).

 

- To report these incidents to paraleader by contacting customer service (in the "contact") within a maximum of 7 days.
